FacilityVR
For employers

Hire on proven skill. Train your workforce.

FacilityVR connects two sides of the same problem. Recruit from a pool of candidates with verifiable practical competency, and run your in-house refresher and onboarding programmes in the same platform — with shared analytics across both.

The problems we solve

Recruitment and training usually live in different worlds. They share the same goal — competent people on the floor.

Hiring blind on practical skills

Browse a pool of candidates who have already proven competency on industry-standard scenarios — with step-level evidence, not just a CV.

Onboarding takes weeks

New hires arrive familiar with your facility, equipment, and procedures after practising in VR — ready to contribute on day one.

Refresher training pulls people off the floor

Run safety, lockout/tagout, and emergency-response refreshers in VR at the learner's pace, with no facility downtime or trainer logistics.

Custom VR builds are out of reach

Skip six-figure development cycles. Create scenarios for your own facility in minutes with AI, or partner with a training provider who already has them.

Recruitment

A careers page backed by real practice data

Publish a branded page on facilityvr.com and reach candidates whose competency is already evidenced by their attempt history on the platform.

Branded careers page

Publish your own page on facilityvr.com/careers with your logo, story, open roles, and upcoming events. A live shop window for the candidates already practising on the platform.

Verified candidate pool

See who has completed the scenarios that matter to your industry, with attempt counts, scores, and pass/fail history. Filter by competency, not keyword.

Direct learner outreach

Invite individual learners or cohorts straight from the platform. Candidates know exactly which competencies you valued and where they stand.

Specialised role pages

Spin up role- or facility-specific career pages alongside your general one — link them from job ads so applicants land on the exact context they applied for.

In-house training

Connected Team accounts for your workforce

Link a Team organisation to your Employer account and run onboarding, refreshers, and competency assessments alongside your hiring activity — one connected ecosystem, one source of truth.

Connected Team organisations

Link your in-house Team account to your Employer org with a partnership invite. Manage workforce training and recruitment from one connected ecosystem.

Shared scenario library

Roll out scenarios authored by your training partners — or your own internal team — to every connected workforce. Update once, deploy everywhere.

Workforce analytics

Track competency across departments, sites, and shifts. Per-employee progress dashboards, pass/fail breakdowns, and CSV export for compliance and audit.

Two-player cooperative drills

Run field technician and control-room operator drills with live voice chat and a shared ticket system — build crew coordination without scheduling a real outage.

How employers use FacilityVR

Across recruitment and the in-house training cycle.

  • Pre-screening graduates and apprentices for technical roles
  • New-hire onboarding and facility familiarisation
  • Annual safety and compliance refreshers
  • Lockout/tagout and emergency-response drills
  • Cross-training operators on unfamiliar equipment
  • Contractor inductions before site access

One platform. Both sides of competency.

Employers using FacilityVR are turning recruitment and workforce training into a single feedback loop — hiring people who already know the work, then keeping their skills sharp.

Questions from employers

How is an Employer account different from a Team account? +
A Team account is for delivering training to your in-house workforce — assign scenarios, track competency, run assessments. An Employer account adds a public careers page on facilityvr.com plus access to the candidate pool of learners who have practised on the platform. Most companies want both, and the two can be linked so workforce data and recruitment activity live in one connected ecosystem.
Where do the candidates on the platform come from? +
Learners come through our partner training organisations — RTOs, colleges, and corporate training providers using FacilityVR for their programmes — as well as individuals practising independently. Every candidate has a verifiable attempt history with step-level scoring, so you are looking at proven practical skill, not self-reported experience.
Can we build scenarios specific to our facility? +
Yes. Use the AI-powered layout and scenario builders to model your own site, equipment, and procedures. Scenarios can stay private to your organisation, be shared with connected partners, or — if you wish — listed publicly. You can also commission scenarios from a training provider on the platform.
What does the careers page actually look like? +
You get a branded page on facilityvr.com/careers with your logo, story, open positions, and events. You can also publish role- or facility-specific specialised pages — useful for linking from job ads so applicants land on the exact context that matched the role.
How does the workforce side handle compliance? +
Every assessment attempt captures timestamps, step-level scores, and pass/fail status, with full audit trails. Export to CSV for regulators, internal compliance, or insurer requirements. Practice mode and timed assessment mode are separate, so refresher practice does not pollute formal competency records.
What hardware do employees need? +
FacilityVR works on Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, and Quest 3S headsets, and runs in any modern web browser on desktop. No specialist installation. You can mix headset and browser participants in the same programme — useful for distributed workforces.
