What the role does
Governs the IT operations of a partner-run site for a tenant or an AI lab: rack intake, repairs and returns, fabric work and the responsibility matrix, checked against its own data. The white-space peer of the Facilities Assurance Lead. Usually eight years or more.
What a shift looks like
Office hours with site visits. Service reviews against the tenant’s own data, audits of repairs and intake, and work with the partner’s managers.
